How Chairback handles the information you give us
This notice covers this website and the free Schedule Leak Audit. It does not cover patient information we handle for client practices. That is governed by the business associate agreement and service agreement we sign with each practice.
Who we are
Chairback is a service of Noctua Growth, run by Archie Colina. Contact: archie@noctuagrowth.com or (518) 627-5575.
What we collect
- Your audit answers. These stay in your browser unless you ask us to email you a plan.
- Contact details you choose to send: name, practice name, email and city, plus phone and website if you add them.
- How you found us, such as a link tag like "src=email", so we know which channels work.
- Booking details you enter in Calendly when you schedule a call.
Please don't enter any patient information on this site. We don't ask for it and don't want it here.
How it's handled
- When you request a plan, your details and audit answers are sent through FormSubmit, a form-to-email service, to our Google Workspace inbox.
- We record your request in our lead tracker, a Google Sheet that only Chairback can access.
- Discovery calls are booked through Calendly and held on Google Meet.
- Each of these services handles data under its own privacy policy.
How we use it
- To send the plan you asked for.
- To follow up by email or phone about your results, only if you ticked the box allowing it.
- To prepare for a discovery call you booked.
We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't add you to a newsletter.
Your choices
To stop hearing from us, or to have your details deleted from our inbox and tracker, email archie@noctuagrowth.com. We'll confirm when it's done.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages and links are used, including whether someone starts the audit, sees results or requests a plan. Google Analytics sets cookies to tell visits apart.
- We never send your name, practice, email, phone, city or audit answers to Google Analytics.
- Optional data sharing with Google is turned off for our account.
- You can block analytics with your browser's privacy settings or Google's opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
