One-time and monthly figures cover different periods, so we never add them together. Cancellations are often refilled from the same overdue list, so treat those two as overlapping rather than separate.

- Unscheduled treatment: 10% of open plans scheduled, each worth your average plan value.
- Cancellations: one in three unfilled slots refilled, each worth one hygiene visit. 4.33 weeks per month.
- Unanswered calls: 1 in 5 is someone trying to book, half of those book when called back the same day, each worth one hygiene visit. 21 working days per month.
- Biggest opportunity: the largest 12-month figure among the leaks Chairback works, counting one-time backlogs once and monthly leaks for 12 months. Ties go to whichever is listed first: hygiene, then treatment, then cancellations. Anything under $1,000 isn't called out. Unanswered calls are ranked separately because they're an in-house fix.
