Keeping Chairback to Texas, Arizona and Nevada means every campaign runs on the same process, the founder can set up each practice personally, and calling hours stay matched to your time zone.

Dallas–Fort Worth

Time zone: Central. Areas served include Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington, Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Irving, Garland, Denton, Grand Prairie, Mansfield, Keller, Southlake, Grapevine, Flower Mound, Lewisville, Mesquite, Rowlett, Rockwall, Carrollton, Richardson, Allen, Coppell, Euless, Bedford and Hurst.

Houston

Time zone: Central. Areas served include Houston, Katy, Sugar Land, Cypress, Spring, Tomball, Humble, Kingwood, Conroe, The Woodlands, Friendswood, League City, Pearland, Pasadena, Baytown, Missouri City, Richmond and Webster.

Phoenix

Time zone: Mountain Standard Time all year. Most of Arizona doesn't observe daylight saving time, so from March to November Phoenix is three hours behind the East Coast instead of two, and calling windows are set with that in mind. Areas served include Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Goodyear, Avondale, Queen Creek, Cave Creek and Fountain Hills.

Las Vegas

Time zone: Pacific. Areas served include Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin and Boulder City.

How it works in every market

• Agreements before data. A service agreement and a HIPAA business associate agreement are signed before any patient information is shared.
• Your rules. You choose which patients we call, approve the script word for word, and release the openings we can book into.
• Your hours. Calls happen during your office's business hours, in your time zone.
• Your numbers. Every booking is tagged "CB" in your schedule, and you get a weekly report you can check against your own reports.
